2013 Cybersocket Web Awards to Be Held in Conjunction With XBIZ 360°

LOS ANGELES — The 2013 CyberSocket Web Awards will be presented on Jan. 9 during the XBIZ 360° Digital Media Conference, at The Factory nightclub in West Hollywood, Calif.

The XBIZ 360° Digital Media Conference, presented by CECash, is set for Jan. 9-12, at the luxurious Sofitel Hotel in Los Angeles.

The Cybersocket Web Awards is the only event of its kind honoring the best GLBT websites. Each year, outstanding websites are recognized for their achievements in both "Surfer Choice" categories and "Industry Choice" categories.

"The 2013 event is going to be exciting and held at Factory Nightclub in West Hollywood on January 9, 2013,” said Morgan Summer, co-publisher of Cybersocket. “The event is open to the public and free, so the doors will remain open until the club reaches its capacity. We are grateful for the participation of so many people in our industry, and we've got an exciting night planned. Sister Roma will be doing the Red Carpet Interviews, Jackie Beat will be the awards MC, DJ Chi Chi LaRue and DJ Pornstar will be providing the music, and we will have special guest performances by Irina and Raja.

“In addition, dancers and trophy models are being provided by Fab Scout Entertainment. It is a night to celebrate the work of the performers and producers of gay adult content right alongside the fans and consumers. We think it's important to create an opportunity for both camps to come together."

In addition to the Digital Media Conference, the XBIZ 360° breakthrough event series will feature related conferences individually devoted to video/content production and the realm of retail — providing the industry's most comprehensive showcase of technology and tactics that will catapult attendees into the fast lane for 2013.
