VENICE, Calif — Bonnie Rotten is getting breast implants this week.

She has announced a contest where the first person to get the measurements right will receive a package from Rotten that includes one of her old bra and panty sets. 

She will debut her new breasts on Twitter on Monday, Sept. 18 at noon PST.
