LELO Granted U.S. Patent for Tiani

SAN JOSE, Calif. — LELO has announced that the design patent application for the Tiani couples’ massager has been examined and allowed for issuance by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

According to the company, all inquiries into the merits of the application are now closed, and should be followed by the assignment of a U.S. design patent number and publication.

Tiani was introduced in October 2011, and in March it was awarded the Red Dot Award for product design.  Tiani 2 was launched in June with upgrades in wireless range and vibration strength, alongside a new full-feeling attachment.

“We are delighted the award-winning design of Tiani is set to be protected by the USPTO,” Donna Faro, LELO’s U.S. sales and marketing director said. “Couples worldwide continue to enjoy the shared pleasures of the Tiani product.”
