James Bartholet Juggles Several New Acting Roles
LOS ANGELES — Adult film actor and radio personality James Bartholet is on a roll with several new releases coming out this summer.
Bartholet's newest movies include a co-starring role as Curly in "Not The Three Stooges XXX" for Will Ryder Productions and Pulse; a principal role in Brad Armstrong's "Men In Black; A Hardcore Parody" as MIB director Zed for Wicked Pictures; and the role of Cliff Barnes in Adam & Eve's new parody "Dallas XXX," directed by Andre Madness.
The veteran mainstream and porn actor is also co-starring as Doctor Octopus in the upcoming release of "Spiderman Meets Superman" for Vivid for director Axel Braun.
Bartholet recently wrapped on production for the "MacGyver XXX" parody for director B. Skow. In that movie, he plays Pete, head of the Phoenix Foundation.
"I love working, and things are picking up, and I've got some really great releases coming out now. Just buy or rent these movies, don't download them illegally," Bartholet said.
The versatile actor landed the recent high-profile parts on the heels of his performances in movies such as “The Rocki Whore Picture Show," "Cravings 2" and "Sexy" for Wicked Pictures, “The Official Halloween Parody" for Zero Tolerance, and X-Play/Adam & Eve's “The Beverly Hillbillies XXX" and “Not Rocky XXX."
When he isn't on screen, Bartholet hosts the weekly “Inside the Industry” Internet radio show with Emy Reyes, now in its third year on the air. The radio program is heard Wednesday nights from 8 to 9 p.m. PST, and rebroadcast daily on LATalkRadio.com and InsidetheIndustry.net.
Bartholet is represented by LA Direct Models for bookings.
