Mile High Media Releases Sweet Sinema's 'Last Tango'

MONTREAL — Mile High Media has announced its third Sweet Sinema release, “Last Tango."

The studio said the Nica Noelle-penned and directed film is the newest interpretation of the Hollywood classic with an adult makeover. "While the original film starring Marlon Brando was considered risqué for 1972, Sweet Sinema ups the sex to orgasmic levels."

French stars Katsuni and Manuel Ferrara are joined by James Deen and Annie Cruz in the erotic reimagining.

In “Last Tango,” a reserved Katsuni falls into a torrid sexual affiar with a mysterious stranger while trying to escape from an arrogant lover. Haunting, explicit sex scenes and emotionally rich performances ensue.

“Sweet Sinema offers an intriguing alternative to the parody craze,” said Jon Blitt, Mile High Media vice president. “Movies like ‘Last Tango’ are intense and passionate variations on Hollywood classics. Rather than poking fun of the originals, we are embracing the concept while improving the erotic nature. Consumers have responded very favorably, and Sweet Sinema’s first two releases are two of Mile High’s best selling titles.”

Sweet Sinema's first title was “Fatal Seduction” and starred Amy Fisher.

Katsuni and Evan Stone round out the love triangle in the sophomore release “Six ½ Weeks.”
