Porn Actress Accused of Rape Out on Bail

SAN FRANCISCO — The 20-year-old porn actress facing charges in California for allegedly drugging and raping her 15-year-old male lover has been released from jail on $10,000 bail.

Genevieve Elise Silva was booked on Jan. 13 after being extradited from Oklahoma, where she fled with the boy from Richmond, Calif. She faces charges of unlawful sexual intercourse, rape of a drugged victim, child stealing by a non-custodial parent and transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

Silva, a former LimeLight Girl who has performed in several adult movies, has retained Oakland attorney Ivan Golde. Criminal proceedings are expected to take place in Contra Costa Superior Court.

Richmond police issued a felony arrest warrant for Silva in December after the boy’s father, who works as an administrative law judge, reported finding his son in Roosevelt, Okla., several months after he ran away from home.

According to the boy, Silva’s younger brother introduced him to the porn actress. The two began a sexual relationship after the boy ran away from his home in El Sobrante, Calif., and went to live with Silva in Richmond during June. Silva and the boy then left California to stay with her mother, in Roosevelt, Okla.

The boy said he and Silva frequently had sex while under the influence of methamphetamine and ecstasy, which Silva allegedly supplied.

Deputies from the Kiowa County Sheriff's Office arrested Silva in Oklahoma on Dec. 28 in connection with Richmond's $10,000 warrant.

Silva has been featured in several titles, including “Legal At Last,” “Limelight Girls” and “Dirty Debutantes.” Images of her also are featured on several adult websites.
