NORTHRIDGE, Calif. — Metro Interactive announced its new “Hipnotic” video line today featuring the films of director, Van Styles.
"Hipnotic" will be Metro’s premier gonzo line, exploring new and exciting ideas for the genre that will include lots of reality style productions, Metro said.
“He blew us away with his intense new ideas and his future vision of gonzo,” said Alexandra Taylor, Metro’s special projects manager. “Van is expected to take the gonzo genre to another level and we wanted his energy and fresh ideas here with us at Metro.”
Van Styles comes to Metro from companies including Hustler and Vouyer Media, Metro said. His first title for the new line will be “Naughty Newbies,” a pro-am style production with all new female talent that began production this week.
Other titles scheduled for the new line include “Redneck Girls,” a selection of back-road, southern girls. Styles said the movie is “Gritty, raw, and real sex mixed with new and fresh talent. That’s my outlook on making a great flick that all can enjoy.”
