While The Screaming O’s branded vending machine appears on the show regularly, the upcoming episode of “The Bad Girls Club” centers around the Bad Girls’ trip to the 2009 Adult Novelty Expo, where each girl competed at The Screaming O booth to be named an honorary Screaming O girl. The winner showcased her skills at the evening's Fast Times at Sex Toy High prom party.
“The Screaming O is truly taking on phenomenon status in the mainstream media, with more acceptance and brand awareness than ever,” The Screaming O partner Keith Caggiano said. “People look at the brand — and pleasure toys in general — as something fun, light and cool, and TV appearances like 'The Bad Girls Club' and our recent 'Leave it to Lamas' plug on E! Entertainment help promote that positive image.”
“The Bad Girls Club” vending machine has been updated since its regular appearance last season. The vending machine was redesigned with rotating shelves offering The Screaming O’s full line of cockrings, mini vibes and other products.
“The extra exposure has been great for our resellers and created a lot of consumers going in retail stores and on-line sites looking for the brand,” said Conde Aumann, a representative from The Screaming O.
“The Bad Girls Club” broke network records with its Dec. 15 episode being the most-watched non-finale telecast in the channel's history. More than 1.4 million viewers tuned in, with 1.025 million in the 18-49 demographic — precisely the consumer demo that the adult toy industry wants to reach, the company said.
