The award is given to one company in the adult online industry each year based on the efforts of the company to provide consumers, merchants, affiliates and the public with an ethical product.

The 18-year-old trade advocacy group represents the adult industry with regard to legislative and public policy initiatives on a local, state and federal level. The 2009 FSC Awards will be handed out Nov. 14 at the industry-only Bada-Bing Bailout Bash.
