Topco Sales, Sinclair Institute Sign Licensing Deal

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Adult novelty and toy manufacturer Topco Sales has partnered with sexual health and wellness product producer the Sinclair Institute to create a new brand of couples and relationship-enhancing products.

"This association boasts all the elements that will ensure a prosperous and successful union: Topco Sales' deep reservoir of talent and creativity and Sinclair's stellar reputation in the sexual health and wellness arena; a winning combination by anyone's definition," Topco Sales account executive Greg Holdridge said.

Guided by the philosophies of the Sinclair Institute, dedicated to enhancing sexual health and wellness, the new line of products is designed to “help couples improve their love life and the quality of their relationship so that they can ultimately have better sex.”

Sinclair Institute is best known for its “Better Sex” video series, the Natural Contours line of vibrators and the Better Sex Essentials range of lubricants.

"Topco Sales has an exceptional track-record for licensing some of the most well-known and respected names in erotic novelty market,” Sinclair Institute President Peggy Oettinger said. “We're confident our relationship will be a monumental step for Sinclair to expand the Institute brand.”

Terms of the licensing deal call for an exclusive, multi-year arrangement that covers several product categories and distribution channels. New products from the line are expected to launch early next year.
