CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Tabloid website TMZ.com has posted a story about New Sensations' upcoming production “Scrubs — A XXX Parody,” joking that it “looks like Zach Braff's show 'Scrubs' may finally get an audience.”

The TMZ piece has side-by-side pictures of Braff and adult performer James Deen, who plays the analogous character in the parody, and links to the 16-page script of “Scrubs – A XXX Parody.”

This mainstream attention follows the plug the parody got on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last week when actor Braff, who plays Dr. John "J.D." Dorian in the show, talked about the upcoming parody and showed pictures of the performers who had been cast.

The "Jimmy Kimmel Live" clip has been posted on YouTube .

New Sensations has announced a May 18 release for “Scrubs — A XXX Parody.” It stars Joanna Angel, Ashlynn Brooke, Alexis Texas, Tori Black, Missy Stone and Thea Marie with James Deen, Shane Diesel, Jack Lawrence, Ralph Long and Kris Slater.
