CCBill Support Launches Live Chat

LOS ANGELES — Internet Payment Service Provider CCBill has announced its release of a new live chat tool designed to enhance client support.

The CCBill Support chat is available to clients only and is linked directly from the CCBill webmaster admin portal.

"Need help setting permissions? Creating new forms? Running a report? Or just feel like chatting?" CCBill Paul asked in a post on industry message board GFY. "Simply click on Live Chat in the CCBill Web Admin and speak directly with one of our qualified technicians, 24/7."

Both clients and non-clients may still access the company's 24/7 phone, email and ICQ support system.
