"It just shows how powerful adult really is in the mainstream eye," Patrick told XBIZ. "We are on CBS, and just about every major network has some ties to adult. Traditionally it was just cable.

"I am very proud of Teravison and all we have accomplished. Even though a lot of the mainstream media accepts me, and a few other adult stars, as mainstream celebrities, I think it is important to never turn your back on the industry. Although I do a lot of other things outside of adult, it is my bread and butter, and I am very grateful for all the industry has afforded me."

In a promo for the show, Patrick is called "the woman who built an adult film empire." She admits to correspondent Victoria Recano that she doesn't know how many sex scenes she's done and is asked if she makes more money than Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.
