Jack Venice Convicted of Rape

PULLMAN, Wash. — Christopher Reid, aka adult performer Jack Venice, has been convicted of second-degree rape, first degree burglary and two counts of residential burglary by a Whitman County, Wash., jury.

The jury reached their verdict Friday night in Colfax, Wash.

As previously reported in XBIZ, Venice was charged with raping a sleeping sorority member in the University of Washington's Kappa Alpha Theta house in Sept. 2007.

Another man, Kyle Schott, a 24-year old former University of Washington student, is already serving a reduced sentence for the attack in return for his testimony against Reid.

Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 5.
