How did you get into the business?

The adult business has always been put in a dark shadow, despite that it’s softer than other business like the tobacco industry or the ruthless financial world.

One day I saw a job announcement in which the following was written: “Personality: Very outgoing, excellent networking skills, funny with a good sense of humor.” So I ended up in the Brokerbabe assessment center. In the end they realized that this specific job was not suitable for me; instead, they created a job for me that fit perfectly.

What in your background prepared you for what you are doing now?

I can definitely say that life experiences prepared me for all of my challenges — may they be in the present or the future. I started as a high-frequency proprietary futures trader. After three years, I moved on to other finance-related positions, including broker (not babe yet), retention manager, teaching markets psychology and analyst. I even started up a hedge fund. Everything I have experienced in the past five years, I am using right now. And the really exciting thing about my current job is that I am continuously learning and discovering new things. If this wasn’t the case, I wouldn’t be here.

What do you see as the challenges of working in the adult online business? How do you overcome them?

The fast-changing work environment can be one of the biggest challenges. I have experienced the evolution of the adult business at Brokerbabe, where in less than one year we have doubled our resources as a whole.

The adult business has always been put in a dark shadow, despite that it’s softer than other business like the tobacco industry or the ruthless financial world. From my experience I can tell you that working in adult is much easier and more rewarding than working on Wall Street. People tend to judge, even if they don’t have any idea about the business. They are under the false impression that everyone who works in the adult business appears in the movies. The reality is different: hard work, knowledge, creativity and real-time challenges. Network like a woman, negotiate like a man … and win them all.

Does your work life affect your personal life?

I always try to keep my personal life separate from my professional life. My son is my all, so I try not to let anything affect my personal life. But I am also dedicated at what I do. There were moments when, while in the park with my son during holiday, I was closing a traffic deal over the phone. But all is good because I enjoy what I do.

To Cloud or Not to Cloud, That Is the Question

Let’s be honest. It just sounds way cooler to say your business is “in the cloud,” right? Buzzwords make everything sound chic and relevant. In fact, someone uninformed might even assume that any hosting that is not in the cloud is inferior. So what’s the truth?

The Perils of Relying on ChatGPT for Legal Advice

It surprised me how many people admitted that they had used ChatGPT or similar services either to draft legal documents or to provide legal advice. “Surprised” is probably an understatement of my reaction to learning about this, as “horrified” more accurately describes my emotional response.
