What is your role and responsibility at LFP?

I am kind of the jack-of-all-trades at Hustler.

I am kind of the jack-of-all-trades at Hustler. My official title is marketing and sales associate. I get screeners to our reviewers and customers, send out new release alerts and order forms, assist the sales manager with orders and work on marketing plans. I also do publicity services when necessary and also write the box copy and press releases that go out. I am called on to do various writing projects when needed.

Describe a typical Monday at your desk.

First things first: A big cup of Joe to get the blood pumping. Then I dive deep into my emails. Answering questions, putting out any fires and just making sure we are starting off the week right. I then send out various emailers, alerts and forms to all of our contacts. I'd run down the list, but this article would be a few pages long!

What is the biggest challenge of being a woman in the adult entertainment industry?

I worked in mainstream before Hustler, so I was expecting my old crew to give me a hard time. Some of them did, and some of them thought it was great. In a way, it's very liberating to tell people where you work. The usual response from the men-folk is awesome followed by a barrage of questions of what I see, smell and hear everyday at work. I think the biggest challenge would be not letting other's opinions influence how you see yourself. This is a job, not like any other, but it's a job none-the-less. It requires dedication, responsibility and above anything else, having respect for yourself. If you know who you are, then the rest just falls into place.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

I think that has to be some of the people I've met in my travels here. You think you've seen it all, but then you realize that you've only scratched the surface of what is out there in this big world. This job has expanded my sense of self and has pushed me to really fight for what I want in life. Oh, and it doesn't hurt when cuties like Chris Johnson and Alan Stafford come walking through the door … yowza!

How do you maintain balance in your life?

This industry is fast paced and can be high stress. So for me, it's important that my life outside of my job is filled with the things that bring me joy like my amazing boyfriend and family. Outside of Hustler I am in a band and am an artist that works with many mediums. This job has influenced my art in a good way, making me push my own boundaries. I also spend a lot of my free time on the coast recharging.
