ASACP Names XLoveCam, Safenames, Pineapple Support 'Featured Sponsors' for April

LOS ANGELES — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) has named  XLoveCam, Safenames and Pineapple Support as its featured sponsors for April 2024.

"The support of our sponsors enables the association to shape the future of online child protection," enthused Executive Director Tim Henning. "This includes guiding efforts at age verification intended to safeguard the innocence of youth."

These are the ASACP descriptions for its April sponsors:

XLoveCam

For over twenty years, XLoveCam.com has provided a live cam platform that offers quality professional service to users, affiliates, and models.

XloveCam has developed other skills, including its virtual reality streaming technology with VR.cam and its free in-house age verification application designed to meet the age verification requirements of national legislations worldwide, Go.cam.

The company safely serves more than 1 million visitors daily using an infrastructure spread over five countries. In 2022, the site reported 200 million unique visitors and nearly 3 billion page views, with a 99.99 percent positive user response.

XLoveCam founder Patrick Koning said the company is proud to help ASACP protect children through its financial support.

“XLoveCam.com strongly agrees with ASACP regarding protecting children against child pornography,” Koning stated, adding, “XLoveCam is proud to have sponsored ASACP for several years and congratulates ASACP for all its actions since its creation.”

XLoveCam.com has set up barriers on its platforms, including RTA labeling, to keep children from accessing its sites, and it ensures that no illegal activity occurs on its platform through 24/7 monitoring and applying a zero-tolerance policy.

Safenames

As an ASACP Corporate Sponsor since 2020, Safenames has kept companies one step ahead by protecting their online brand, data, revenue, and reputation.

Founded in 1999 and based in the U.K., Safenames is a privately owned company with established operations around the globe. For nearly 25 years, it has been a leading provider of global domain management, brand protection, SSL, hosting, and cyber security services.

Safenames’ comprehensive suite of partnerships and managed web-based tools enables its customers to protect their domain names, trademarks, and online brand identities worldwide.

“In a fluid digital age, Safenames enables clients to make their mark on the world by providing a safe and secure framework where their brands are protected,” said Safenames’ CEO Adan McManus. “We engage, connect, and share our knowledge to help deliver our client’s aspirations as we strive to be the top service provider in protecting and securing digital brands and platforms.”

“Safenames’ focus on brand protection aligns with ASACP’s focus on online business protection through child protection, making for a mutually beneficial alliance,” McManus added. “We are proud to be Corporate Sponsors of ASACP and help it provide a safe space for brands, children, and consumers alike.”

Pineapple Support

An In-Kind Media Sponsor since 2019, Pineapple Support Society provides free and subsidized professional therapy, counseling, and emotional support services for all persons working in the online adult industry — regardless of gender, ethnic origin, social status, age, or sexual orientation.

Pineapple Support’s ever-growing team of sex-worker-friendly, kink-aware therapists are spread over five continents and speak 23 languages. Resources include one-on-one therapy sessions, weekly support groups, workshops, well-being events, webinars, and free, anonymous, 24/7 emotional support.

Pineapple Support Society is a registered US 501c3 nonprofit organization that raises funds to help with the costs of professional mental health care for those who need it. It has also provided services to more than 14,000 industry professionals, with hopes of continuing to expand its resources in the future.

“ASACP would like to thank XLoveCam, Safenames and Pineapple Support for their unwavering support, generosity and leadership in supporting the association’s mission to prevent children from accessing adult-oriented content,” Henning added. “This is an honorable mission that the association will continue to embrace.”
