Hailey Rose & Max Fills: Swingers Turned Creator Superstars

Hailey Rose & Max Fills: Swingers Turned Creator Superstars

Hailey Rose and Max Fills first met during their last year of college at UC Santa Cruz, riding the same bus to and from lectures. They had both recently gotten out of long-term monogamous relationships, so at first they just began hooking up casually. But after graduating and moving down to LA, they continued to see each other — and could not help but eventually fall in love.

They became exclusive with each other emotionally, but remained open in their sexual lives and started swinging with other young couples. This involved a lot of sharing nude pics and videos, something they discovered they really enjoyed. When Fills posted a nude of Rose on an NSFW subreddit and it ended up going viral on the site, it felt exciting.

Real fans know that the best content is simply videos where you can tell that we are enjoying ourselves and are really into the moment. It’s hottest when you really want it.

At the time, they were both working jobs they hated, so when Rose quit hers, it was the perfect timing for them to start an OnlyFans and give it their full attention. Once they combined Rose’s natural curves and winning personality with Fills’ social media skills, things really took off from there.

Today they have millions of fans and plenty of collabs with top-tier stars, as well as their own individual performing careers — not to mention being named Clip Artist of the Year at the 2024 XBIZ Awards. As this month’s cover stars, they open up about their life journeys thus far, juggling work and play, plus their goals for the future.

XBIZ: How do you balance your work dynamic with maintaining a healthy relationship off camera?

HAILEY & MAX: Honestly, it can be really easy to get caught up in work and neglect the other parts of our lives. We have to make sure we are taking opportunities for personal time whenever we can and make that time count. Keeping on top of good communication is key.

Boundaries sometimes shift or need adjusting, so we do regular check-ins to see how the “rules” of the relationship are working for both of us, in order to ensure both our needs are met. At the end of the day, we really are each other’s No. 1 supporters, so as long as we put the love and respect we have for each other first, we are set up for success.

XBIZ: How do you split up responsibilities?

HAILEY & MAX: We have great collaborative energy when filming our scenes together. Shoot days are mostly 50/50. We’ve also learned to focus on each of our strengths. Max has a great mind for creative ideas that help us stay relevant on the social media algorithms. He also has a knack for networking, being the more social one between us. Hailey’s artistic direction is key to our overall brand aesthetic and she puts most of her energy into getting to know the fans and interacting with them day to day.

XBIZ: How did you start doing collabs with other talent, and did it require setting new boundaries?

HAILEY & MAX: Overall, we were eager to start branching out and meeting other creators after following some people for a while. It was one of the best decisions we’ve made because it’s allowed us to meet so many incredible, sexy and kind co-workers who have also become dear friends. Since we’ve always had an open style of relationship, it wasn’t a huge change for us. We basically took the same boundaries we had in our private lives and applied them to our collabs.

XBIZ: Given the demands of the job, how do you approach staying physically and mentally fit?

HAILEY & MAX: We try to stay on top of the basics, like eating a healthy, balanced diet, getting enough exercise and sleep and sticking with our strict 14-day testing schedule. On top of that, we like to go hiking and spend time outdoors. Max is a great skier and Hailey loves getting her monthly massages! We find it’s important to take time off when we need it, and to spend as much time as we can with our friends and family to boost our mental and emotional health.

XBIZ: What is your signature style, vibe, brand aesthetic and overall approach to making a splash?

HAILEY & MAX: That’s a difficult question for us because we never set out to establish a specific brand or style; we just went into this being 100% ourselves. So we think part of what makes us different is how down-to-earth we are! We try to be authentic and respectful, to ourselves and to everyone else. We don’t play extravagant characters or act hypersexual. We simply try to be relatable and real.

XBIZ: What kind of content sells best for you?

HAILEY & MAX: Anything that shows off Hailey’s big natural boobs is an automatic crowd-pleaser! Her fans also love her sweet and fun but naughty personality. Max has curated a loyal fan base that loves seeing him perform with MILFs, but he also has no problem showing off his skills with any beautiful woman.

Both of us really focus on making content we enjoy and that’s genuine to who we are. Real fans know that the best content is simply videos where you can tell that we are enjoying ourselves and are really into the moment. It’s hottest when you really want it. This also makes it easier to shoot a variety of different content; if it turns us on, then our fans will love it.

XBIZ: What was it like being named 2024 XBIZ Clip Artist of the Year?

HAILEY & MAX: It was genuinely so exciting because neither of us really thought we were going to win! Max was absolutely speechless, so thankfully Hailey was quick on her toes with an acceptance speech. More than anything, we’re just so grateful to be acknowledged out of all our amazing co-workers.

What made it even more special was being able to achieve this milestone together as a couple. Having each other there every step of the way — from our first professional scene, to getting on the front page of Pornhub, to winning an XBIZ Award — is incredible. We couldn’t be more proud and honored.

XBIZ: What’s next for you, both as a duo and individually, for the rest of the year and in terms of long-term goals?

HAILEY & MAX: Hailey is focusing on stepping up her OnlyFans productions this year. She also has a full-length feature movie in the works based on a real-life sexual experience she had in college.

Max has found a lot of success working with his favorite companies, such as Naughty America, Brazzers and Adult Time, as well as branching out to new productions.

Together, we hope to continue expanding our library of content and creating collaborative videos that we and the fans will love. Overall, we just hope to keep making genuine porn. Having such supportive and loving fans makes all our non-stop work worth it!
