Neil, Corey Silverstein Talk Shop in Clips4Sale's Legal Zone

TAMPA, Fla. — Clips4Sale’s webinar series, The Clips4Sale Legal Zone, returns Monday, July 15, at 1 p.m. PDT, when company owner Neil and noted industry attorney Corey Silverstein will discuss multiple topics that impact Clips4Sale producers and the industry at large.

According to Neil, this Clips4Sale Legal Zone will feature hot topics including financial planning for the future and how it applies to everyone; the latest on 2257; and the U.K.’s age verification postponement and what effect it will have on the industry.

Finally, Neil and Corey will discuss a recent Supreme Court ruling and the potential consequences for clothing line “FUCT” being refused a trademark due to the Lanham Act’s prohibitions on marks that “consist of or comprise immoral or scandalous matter.”

This highly informative hour will conclude with a Q&A.

“Our webinars have a lot of information that people pay thousands of dollars for, and we offer it to our producers for free,” Neil said. “Even if you think you know the law, you will learn something from our webinars. It’s a great resource and another reason why producers and models open stores with us.”

To join the webinar, C4S producers should visit their Store Admin under Messages History for details.
